Spend at least five minutes in silence doing one or more of the following:

  • Meditation – simply a period of silence or concentration on the mind.
  • Prayer – requesting assistance or expressing gratitude to God or a higher power
  • Reflecting– Consider your ideas, thoughts, or objective.
  • Deep Breathing- entails taking long, sustained breaths in and out.
  • Gratitude – express gratitude or appreciation for people, opportunities, etc.

Remember that there is no one way to spend your silence time that is correct.

A- Affirmations

Many people have internal dialogues for what they tell themselves. These affirmations can either work against us, causing us to struggle, or they can work for us, resulting in success:

  4. What you intend to do to achieve it: Clarify your actions or what needs to be done in terms of frequency, quantification, and timeframe.
  5. Incorporate Inspiring Quotes and Philosophies: When you come across an empowering quote or strategy, include it in your affirmations.

Affirmations become more effective when they are combined with physical activity, adapted to changing circumstances, and read on a regular basis.

V- Visualization

Many people will reimagine their past failures and setbacks. Instead, visualization will assist you in living in accordance with your affirmations:

Visualization is defined as “the practice of attempting to generate positive outcomes in your outer world by using your imagination to create mental pictures of specific behaviors and outcomes that occur in your life.”

E- Exercise

Miracle Morning exercise “significantly improves your health, boosts your self-confidence and emotional well-being, and allows you to think better and concentrate for longer periods of time.” Regular morning exercise will help you stay in shape and boost your energy levels throughout the day. Hal Elrod recommends working out for at least 10-20 minutes every day. He expressly advises practice yoga, which incorporates stretching, resistance, cardio, deep breathing, and meditation.

R- Reading

When Should You Eat: After that, eat something to keep your mind alert and focused during your Miracle Morning. If you must eat beforehand, keep it small, light, and easily digestible.

Why You Should Eat: Consider the health and energy benefits of the foods you eat just as much as the taste.

What You Should Eat: If you drink tea or coffee, you can begin brewing earlier. Consume a diet high in fruits and vegetables to maintain energy levels throughout the day.
